June 2004 : Completed two years involvement with Evermore Chemical Indusry Ltd, Nantou, Taiwan, on polyester polyol process and product development for PU resin blend and implemenation of TPU production

November 2006 : Completed one year involvement with Shanghai Huide Resin Co Ltd, China, on polyester polyol process and product development

From 2008, devised and delivered training courses in conjunction with Smithers-RAPRA on Polyurethanes : An Introduction : Science, Applications, Technology.

November 2008 - July 2009 : Delivery of NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Chemical, Pharmaceutical & Petrochemical Operations to 30 candidates (process operators and process support staff) at Apollo Chemicals Ltd, Tamworth. Developed and delivered training courses specific to local needs and Lean manufacturing topics.
